To support a growing behavioral healthcare practice, the part-time or full-time Massachusetts Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality telehealth services, including individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor clients' progress Required Qualifications A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings Comfort and competence with technology, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms
