Massachusetts Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions with clients, focusing on evidence-based treatment Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to structured care expectations and operational guidelines Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing an outpatient caseload and strong clinical judgment Preferred experience in structured clinical settings such as outpatient or community mental health Familiarity with skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
