Massachusetts Licensed Social Worker

To support a growing practice, the part-time hourly Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours toward licensure, and benefit from employer-paid supervision while working remotely in Massachusetts. Key responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients Accrue clinical hours toward licensure with built-in supervision Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans Required qualifications A valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts A Master's degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience Experience with EHR systems and digital tools A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
