To support treatment planning operations, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Senior Dosimetrist will design advanced radiation therapy plans, communicate technical information to oncology teams, and contour critical structures using various imaging data while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design 3D/IMRT/VMAT/SBRT and/or IMPT treatment plans to deliver prescribed radiation doses while sparing critical structures Communicate with radiation oncologists and other staff to implement and support designed treatment plans Participate in continuing education and quality improvement processes, including educating students and professionals on treatment plan development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in physics or a related Life, Physical, or Applied Science JRCERT-accredited Formal Education in Medical Dosimetry (BS/MS/Certificate) is preferred Eligibility for Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) certification is required Clinical medical dosimetry experience, including 3D conformal and IMRT/VMAT/SBRT treatment planning, is preferred
