To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy in outpatient, PHP, and IOP settings, with one remote workday per week and opportunities for clinical supervision. Key responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy across various levels of care Complete thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards Required qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field License-eligible candidates (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW track) are encouraged to apply Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, especially with co-occurring disorders Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (DPH, BSAS, Joint Commission preferred)
