Providing clinical oversight to the Centralized Scheduling Team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse will ensure appropriate patient scheduling in a remote setting while supporting continuity, safety, and quality of care. Key responsibilities: Oversee scheduling processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and clinical requirements Coordinate complex appointments, including infusion therapies and pre-infusion requirements Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams to facilitate patient-centered care Required qualifications: Graduate from a state-approved school of practical nursing Current, unrestricted license to practice as a practical nurse in Massachusetts American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficiency with electronic scheduling systems and relevant technology
