Providing compassionate psychiatric care through telehealth, the full-time or part-time Massachusetts Licensed PMHNP will perform comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical peers while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Key responsibilities Deliver excellent patient care for various mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Utilize evidence-based protocols and collaborate with psychiatrists and peers for optimal patient outcomes Required qualifications Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Comfort with remote care delivery and electronic health record systems Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care
