To support a growing healthcare team, a final-year Massachusetts Licensed Physician Resident in Family Practice or Internal Medicine will engage in a part-time program focusing on enhancing training experiences, operating within a value-based care model, and receiving mentorship from experienced physicians, with opportunities available both onsite in Westborough, MA and remotely. Key responsibilities Participate in a customized program designed to enhance the final months of residency training Gain exposure to primary and specialty care environments while learning to thrive in a value-based care model Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to facilitate the transition from training to practice Required qualifications M.D. or D.O. degree Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or early into their final year Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts
