Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Providing integrated support to patients and pharmacists, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician will navigate electronic medical records, manage documentation, and deliver medication adherence support in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Navigate EMR systems and manage prior authorizations and financial assistance processes Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care initiatives Make outbound adherence refill calls and process prescription orders accurately Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of pharmacy experience or equivalent education and experience Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy National technician certification through PTCB or exCPT Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy
