To support the Advanced Therapeutics team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Liaison will manage benefit investigations, submit prior authorizations, and conduct patient outreach while working remotely during standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Completes benefit investigations and documents results in the patient's electronic medical record Submits prior authorizations to insurance and follows up on decisions and inquiries Coordinates prescription delivery and maintains communication with patients regarding insurance and medication information Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Certification from a national governing body such as PTCB or ExCPT, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire Minimum of one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician Proficiency in using a computer and following oral and written instructions accurately
