Massachusetts Licensed Patient Access Representative

To support efficient patient care, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Patient Access Representative will manage registration and appointment scheduling, ensure data integrity in the hospital's information system, and provide outstanding customer service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Register and schedule patient appointments while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information Deliver exceptional customer service by handling a high volume of incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries Collaborate with medical office staff to facilitate a positive patient experience and resolve registration-related issues Required qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience as a Patient Access Coordinator Proficiency in using Epic or similar hospital information systems Ability to type at least 40 words per minute Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
