Supporting mortgage loan officers in their daily operations, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist with reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities: Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks and communication with borrowers Manage a pipeline of various loan types and track outstanding items to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and title companies to schedule and complete loan closings Required qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent A minimum of 2 years of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact Previous sales support experience preferred Salesforce experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
