To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Legal Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations while maintaining case files and deadlines Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury case management Hands-on experience managing PI cases in Massachusetts is required Strong understanding of Massachusetts Personal Injury laws and court procedures Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles, or similar) Paralegal certificate or legal studies background preferred but not required
