To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Legal Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement or trial preparation, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring all case deadlines are met Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel to gather necessary information Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations while maintaining organized case files Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury case management Hands-on experience managing PI cases in Massachusetts Strong understanding of Massachusetts Personal Injury laws and court procedures Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles, or similar) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
