To support a growing telemedicine practice, a Massachusetts Licensed Endocrinologist will provide direct patient care focused on evidence-based obesity treatment and comprehensive diabetes management in a full-time remote role, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including insulin titration and management of patients using CGMs and insulin pumps Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Registered Dietitians to ensure quality care and management of complex endocrinology cases Conduct weekly meetings with assigned APPs to review cases and provide mentorship, while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols Required qualifications Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, with preference for Virginia, New York, or Massachusetts Minimum of 5 years as an attending physician in endocrinology Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities, including CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including the use of CGMs and insulin pumps
