Supporting caregivers of patients with cancer, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Community Health Worker will deliver virtual coaching interventions focused on education, skills training, and emotional support as part of a research project, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Help caregivers navigate the healthcare system and communicate with care teams Educate caregivers on medical conditions and symptom management strategies Promote caregiver well-being through self-care and emotional coping strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Public/Community Health, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a related field required Community Health Worker (CHW) license in Massachusetts preferred 1-2 years of experience in oncology, behavioral health, or community health preferred Strong knowledge of cancer care and patient/caregiver advocacy Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare professionals
