Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager

To support its Absence Management team, the part-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager will coordinate employee leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and workers' compensation cases while managing a caseload and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leaves of absence and disability benefits Provide comprehensive case management throughout an employee's leave or workplace injury Coordinate with third-party administrators to ensure accurate processing of leave and workers' compensation cases Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience required Experience administering FMLA, state PFML programs, or workers' compensation preferred Knowledge of federal and state laws concerning employee leaves and workplace accommodations Experience with Kronos and Workday systems preferred
