Supporting the successful implementation and adoption of data solutions, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Associate Solutions Architect will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client support in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to guide clients through the technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares Act as a post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues and recommending best practices to maximize the value of Lightcast solutions Lead client kickoff meetings and ongoing technical discussions to ensure effective adoption of solutions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience 0-3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments; experience with Python is a plus Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance workflows
