To support a leading digital clinic for substance addictions, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Alcohol Counselor will provide weekly counseling through various communication methods, onboard users with assessments, and utilize AI-native tools to enhance member care. Key responsibilities Provide counseling to members via text, video calls, and phone calls to monitor recovery progress Onboard users with initial assessments and gather relevant behavioral health history Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development Required qualifications Active Massachusetts credential in good standing as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Bachelor's Degree required 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders Proficient with Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Relapse Prevention techniques Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment
