Massachusetts District Attorney Campaign: Finance and Operations ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Finance and Operations Manager for a competitive Massachusetts Democratic District Attorney campaign in the Boston Area. The Finance and Operations Manager will report to the candidate and general consultant, and will work closely with the Candidate and consulting team. This is a great opportunity for an entry level campaign professional in the Boston area.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive and staff the candidate at events, meetings, and other similar campaign related events as neededWork with the candidate to manage his presence on social media through drafting, producing, and loading content on platforms like Facebook, X, and InstagramAssist in managing the candidate's time in consultation with the Campaign Manager or consulting team as applicableConduct donor research for fundraising call timeRequirementsQualificationsSome experience working on a political campaignAbility to work long and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.A valid and active Driver's licenseHigh attention to detailTime management skills and problem solving skillsPhysical RequirementsThe Campaign is committed to an inclusive organization, supporting employees of varying abilities and to providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to thrive.

The requirements of this role, related to its physical demands, described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time while operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.Must be able to move about inside an office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Flexibility to work extensive hours outside of normal operating hours.Must be able to remain in a stationary position while driving or riding as a passenger in a car because occasional statewide travel is necessary.Salary & BenefitsThe compensation ranges from $4,000 - $5,000 per month and is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
