Mass Tort Litigation Attorney

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company , is partnering with a dynamic law firm to recruit a Litigation Attorney. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.
Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Indefinite
• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Remote, with preference for Dallas hybrid
• Compensation: $60-65/hr

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years experience handling civil litigation.
• Ability to handle case from inception to trial (don't need trial experience).
• Ability to handle discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, etc.
• Strong understanding of litigation & mass tort terms.
• Case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to manage and meet competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills; must be able to maintain a high case volume.
• Drafts simple pleadings and declarations; assists in filing pleadings with the court.
• Licensed in any US jurisdiction, with strong preference for Texas, active and in good standing.
