Position Overview

Division: Academic Affairs – Department: Mass Communication. Working Title: Mass Communication Adjuncts . Vacancy Type: Part-Time Temporary. FTE: 0.5. Months per year: 4.

Responsibilities

Teach the Yearbook Production course and serve as Yearbook Advisor. The class meets on campus two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Journalism, Public Relations, and/or Graphic/Publication Design with 18 hours of graduate-level work or equivalent experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with 20 years of professional experience.
• Graduate degree in Mass Communication, Graphic/Publication Design, or related field; prior teaching experience in higher education.

Recruitment & Hiring

Recruitment Range: Commensurate with education and experience.

Anticipated Hiring Range: Commensurate with education and experience.

Background Check
