Maryland Licensed Therapist

Seeking a fully licensed Maryland Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT) for a remote contract position, who will provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients, delivering affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Provide individual (1-1) therapy in a telehealth setting to LGBTQIA+ clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR system Participate in regular clinical supervision to support development toward full independent licensure Required qualifications Active Maryland license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT Experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and delivering affirming, identity-centered care Comfort with providing individual therapy in a telehealth environment Skilled in clinical assessment and documentation Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling
