Maryland Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, focusing on lower to moderate acuity populations while managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals, ensuring clinical autonomy and flexibility Utilize in-house referral networks and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
