Leading Agile methodologies, the Maryland Licensed Scrum Master will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity to guide the scrum team, facilitate agile ceremonies, and mentor team members while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Lead the scrum team in implementing Agile practices and self-organization Facilitate agile ceremonies and provide progress updates to leadership Identify process improvements and mentor other scrum masters across teams Required qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe Possess an Agile Certification such as SAFe Scrum Master or CSM In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle models and traditional project management principles Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mural) Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
