Seeking a Maryland Licensed Primary Therapist, the full-time remote position will conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adults, children, and adolescents, while managing administrative tasks and collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team. Key responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Complete clinical paperwork, including treatment plans and progress notes, for each patient on the caseload Participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care and provide guidance to less experienced team members Required qualifications: Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Independent mental health license to practice individual therapy in Maryland At least 2 years of experience managing individual and/or family caseloads with documented success in treating common diagnoses Experience facilitating individual and family therapy sessions Ability to adapt to various group assignments and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
