To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and group psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a hybrid schedule that includes onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Key responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults and develop trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and collaborate with treatment teams for integrated care Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation and mental wellness Required qualifications Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
