To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time Remote Evening Mental Health IOP Therapist will provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from 3pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Lead Mental Health IOP Groups and facilitate individual and family therapy sessions Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care Required qualifications Active independent licensure as LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC in Maryland Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health treatment Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and comfort working remotely
