Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, ensuring quality care and support Manage a personal caseload and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management Required qualifications Valid, active LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in Maryland Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling with at least 2 years of therapy or assessment experience Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
