Maryland Licensed Cardiologist

To support the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health, a Maryland Licensed Cardiologist specializing in Heart Failure will provide expert consulting services, focusing on regulatory responsibilities related to medical devices in a fully remote, telework position. Key responsibilities Provide consultation for medical device reviews, including EUA, 510(k), PMA, and HDE applications Conduct research, data analysis, and write detailed documents and reports related to cardiovascular medical devices Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and participate in teleconferences Required qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited medical school in the U.S Current, active, full, and unrestricted medical license to practice in the U.S At least 15 years of relevant clinical experience in cardiology Certification from a relevant U.S. specialty board organization Specialized qualifications in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
