Martech Technical Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Martech Technical Program Manager to support cross-organizational initiatives within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) PMO. This role will lead complex programs, coordinate delivery across engineering and product teams, and ensure successful execution of marketing technology initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables with business and product stakeholders
- Build roadmaps, project plans, and timelines for MarTech initiatives
- Partner with engineering and product teams to drive delivery using agile processes
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies while driving program execution
- Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
Requirements:
- 8–13 years of program management experience (technical programs preferred)
- Experience delivering technical or engineering initiatives from concept to launch
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working within Agile and product lifecycle environments
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
