- Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure quality across Martech applications, customer data platforms, and omnichannel integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and offshore QA teams.
- Drive test automation, quality improvements, and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and QA leadership.
- Proven retail domain experience.
- Expertise in Martech platforms and omnichannel or customer data solutions.
