Solar Electrician ApprenticeMARS Energy Solutions is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in the electrical and renewable energy industries. As a Solar Electrician Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians and solar professionals to learn the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.This is a paid apprenticeship opportunity that combines classroom education with hands-on field experience. MARS Energy Solutions covers the cost of apprenticeship enrollment, computer/books, and class time as well as provide on-site training for 40 hours per week.This position offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn and develop the skills necessary to advance into a Journeyman Electrician or Solar Electrician career path.Duties & Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and related electrical components.Learn to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems.Assist with testing and commissioning electrical systems for safety and functionality.Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Participate in apprenticeship classes, training programs, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Utilize personal hand tools necessary to perform assigned tasks.

Company-provided specialty equipment and safety gear will be supplied.Work locations are project-based and subject to change based on business needs.
