Gaia seeks a marketplace merchant to build and grow the Gaia Marketplace by recruiting sellers from our member base and driving awareness, traffic, and conversion back to the store. This is a build role with an end-to-end seller lifecycle, pricing strategy, and merchandising responsibility.
You will own the seller pipeline from outreach to first sale, shape the assortment, set take-rate policies, and guide marketing campaigns to showcase member-driven stories.
