As a Marketplace Agent Broker Analyst , you will be the subject matter expert (SME) on agent and broker operations in the FFE. You will analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, shape policy, and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions that enhance the marketplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for FFE agent/broker operations , EDE processes, certification, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and leading indicators to drive improvements.
- Create executive-level reports and position papers for leadership.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement marketplace solutions.
- Monitor policy and regulation changes and ensure compliance.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Medical Insurance Broker License .
- 7+ years in healthcare or insurance (with focus on agent/broker operations or marketplace programs).
- 5+ years direct experience in the FFE .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Policy, Data Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and experience producing executive-level deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
- Direct experience with FFM or state-based marketplaces .
- Lean/Six Sigma or Business Analysis certification.
- Familiarity with technology implementation in marketplace environments.
