Marketing Technology Coordinator

Supporting the firm's client relationship management (CRM) platform and email marketing efforts, the full-time Sr Marketing & Communications Associate will manage data hygiene, create targeted contact lists, and oversee email campaigns while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and validate daily contact updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations Create, test, and deploy email campaigns using the Vuture platform, monitoring performance and tracking engagement metrics Collaborate with various departments to enhance communications and develop business development reports as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Three years of experience with CRM systems, specifically InterAction, and one year with email marketing platforms, preferably Vuture Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet multiple tight deadlines
