seeking a Legal Business Development Technology Coordinator for a Full-Time & Hybrid Role The position is best for a candidate who has 2+ years of progressive Marketing & Digital Technology Support experience, preferably within a Law Firm or Professional Services Firms, utilizing software like Microsoft Dynamics, ON24, Vuture, and Interaction. Candidates with experience in the previous software who have worked in Professional Services are also encouraged to apply

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NY

SALARY: $175 - $85K (Based on Experience & Location) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• 2+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or information technology, preferably within a professional services environment
• Ability to work with and guide/educate lawyers and staff in the development of marketing technologies
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Experience with the following software: Vuture, ON24, Interaction (CRM), Foundation is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics is REQUIRED
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the technology setup and execution of webinars and virtual meetings to provide quality control
• Identify and address technical errors or inconsistencies with digital meetings and webinars
• Assess current processes and technology related to webinars and virtual meetings to streamline and refine roles and improve the finished product
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of thought leadership
• Master and support internal and external marketing technology platforms
• Make capacity-driven decisions to assign work while monitoring timelines
• Provide status reports to department leadership and help foster a proactive culture
• Help manage relationships with marketing technology vendors to implement and remain up to date on features, functionality, upgrades, and updates
