To support a growing marketing technology team, the full-time remote Manager of Marketing Technology Systems will oversee development, configuration, and support activities for marketing applications, ensuring compliance with operational standards and leading team projects. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure productivity goals are met within the Marketing Technology team Lead the interviewing, hiring, and training processes for team members while promoting effective working relationships Provide project management for IT initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes Required qualifications 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with marketing technology platforms Prior management experience is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and training Strong understanding of data governance and integration across systems Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
