This team will be responsible review and maintenance of all store merchandising, and guiding customer’s store walk-through. The team makes sure time sensitive tasks are complete during “Tent-pole Takeovers” and support interactive experiences throughout the run of show.Flagship merchandising support staff responsibilities include but are not limited to :Store Merchandising :Daily store open and closing merchandising checklistDevices are fully functionalRefill empty pegs & displaysKeep displays clean and well organizedVerify all video is playing correctly on all screensVerify all audio content is correct and playing at a correct volumeOversee and maintain store merchandising plan-o-gramReport/Escalate issues as neededExperience Maintenance :Host and guide customers through special experiences as needed including AR/VR installations, Selfie management for special installations, other guided experiences as needed.
