Good marketing starts with understanding what people ask, notice, and respond to. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist in McAllen who can help prepare local campaigns, communicate their message clearly, and bring useful feedback back to the team.

Spanish-speaking and bilingual applicants are welcome. Spanish and English are helpful, but not required.

The role

You will help turn campaign plans into organized activity. That may mean checking materials before they are used, preparing information for a local event, speaking with customers or attendees, and noting the questions that come up most often.

Your responsibilities

• Support campaign schedules, materials, and local marketing activities.
• Write and check short messages for clarity and accuracy.
• Explain campaign information in person and respond to routine questions.
• Coordinate details with colleagues before and during activities.
• Record feedback and help keep campaign results organized.

You should enjoy communicating with people and be able to manage details without losing sight of the message. Marketing experience is welcome, but relevant experience may also come from events, retail, hospitality, community work, or coursework. A specific degree is not required.
