Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Fostering a fun environmentBeing a gracious host to all guests and co-workersPromoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored eventsMaintain data integrity of guests within Penn National Database and ensure all updates are maintainedCreate drop schedules for direct mail & digital campaigns for the team as well as vendorsCommunicate direct mail and digital marketing campaigns to all affected departmentsMerging and purging of duplicated customer accountsRespond to guest inquiries regarding all direct and digital marketing campaignsProofreading of all direct and digital marketing program materialsCoordinating with vendors to produce direct marketing campaignsProducing email and mobile marketing campaigns using third-party software toolsTracking direct marketing expensesDirect Mail and Digital Campaign filing and management of all company excluded guestsCreate and maintain sheets for campaign analysisGenerate results from customer satisfaction surveys for the propertyGenerate all Direct Mail and Digital marketing campaign data files.Assisting with coupon redemption, gift registration, and special events as neededPerforming other duties as assignedBring Us Your Best.Must be outgoing, energetic and enthusiasticMust be an extremely detailed individual with strong critical thinking skillsMust be a good host and strong communicator with the ability to troubleshoot with guests on or off the phonePrevious experience with reading SQL, managing a Customer Relationship Management program (CRM), and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft OutlookPrevious experience with programs like ACSC and Cognos BI is preferredKnowledge of compliance with department, property, and other company propertiesBe familiar with how Advertising and Promotions are orchestratedMust be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day-to-day operationsPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesMust be familiar with direct marketing principles, including direct mail and emailMust be familiar with USPS mailing regulationsMust have a minimum of two years' experience in related field or bachelor's degree for accredited college or universityStay In The Game.
