What do people ask when they encounter a campaign in person? Their questions can tell a team a great deal about whether its message is working. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist in El Paso who can represent local campaigns, listen well, and help improve the next one.

Spanish-speaking and bilingual applicants are welcome. Spanish and English are helpful, but not required.

Where you’ll contribute

• Learn the purpose and key information behind each campaign.
• Speak with customers and attendees during local marketing activities.
• Explain information accurately and direct questions you cannot answer.
• Check that campaign materials are ready and presented consistently.
• Record common questions, observations, and feedback for the team.
• Help review what worked and what should change next time.

This role suits someone who enjoys face-to-face communication and can stay organized while working with the public. Previous marketing experience is welcome, though customer-facing work, events, retail, or community involvement may be just as relevant. A specific degree is not required.
