The best way to learn whether a campaign makes sense is to hear people respond to it. We are hiring a Marketing Specialist in Cincinnati to support local marketing activity, speak with customers and attendees, and bring useful feedback back to the team.

What you’ll do

• Prepare campaign information and check materials before they are used.
• Explain key messages in face-to-face conversations.
• Answer routine questions and find accurate answers when you need help.
• Coordinate activity details with colleagues.
• Record common questions and summarize what people responded to.

You should enjoy working with the public, communicate clearly, and be willing to learn the details behind each campaign. Marketing experience is welcome, but retail, hospitality, events, community work, or another people-focused role can also be relevant. A specific degree is not required.
