Key responsibilities Lead strategic pursuit planning and facilitate workshops to align teams around client priorities Develop messaging strategies for proposals and client-facing opportunities while guiding capture planning activities Analyze market and client intelligence to inform pursuit strategies and improve future outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 12+ years of experience in professional services marketing, pursuit management, or business development, preferably in the AEC industry Proven experience leading complex pursuits from strategy through proposal development Strong understanding of capture planning, client positioning, and competitive intelligence Exceptional facilitation and strategic communication skills, with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
