Marketing Project Management Associate

Supporting an assigned Project Management team within National Marketing, the full-time remote Marketing Project Management Associate will coordinate project progress, develop project plans, and facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Provide project management support by developing plans, scheduling meetings, and coordinating resources for marketing projects Monitor project progress against timelines, follow up with team members, and communicate updates to stakeholders Organize and manage project-related documentation and maintain relationships with internal and external project stakeholders Required qualifications College degree in business, marketing, or related field and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing or project management Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike or similar tools Knowledge of project management methodologies, including SCRUM, Agile, or Kanban Ability to create detailed project plans and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with digital content creation and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency
