Marketing Project Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage the planning and delivery of integrated marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are informed while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of various integrated marketing initiatives Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes Communicate project goals and updates clearly to internal stakeholders and facilitate project meetings Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations, preferably in an agency setting A post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Familiarity with integrated marketing programs and experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing requirements in a deadline-driven environment Experience supporting B2B marketing programs is an asset
