Marketing Program Instructor

Teaching a variety of marketing courses, the part-time Business Career Program Adjunct Instructor will deliver in-class instruction, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate student progress while working in Worcester, MA. Key responsibilities Prepare and deliver lectures on marketing topics and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools Organize field outings for student enrichment and actively contribute to program improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration with a focus on marketing, advertising, or public relations At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in the field may be considered if the degree is not in a directly related field Ability to prepare lesson plans and deliver effective instruction Experience in evaluating student performance and providing academic advising Commitment to professional development and staying informed about advancements in teaching
