Marketing Professional for AI Work Evaluation

Role Overview

Help evaluate how effectively AI systems handle real-world marketing work. This role focuses on defining the standard for high-quality marketing deliverables, then assessing completed AI-generated and human work samples with clear, rigorous written reasoning rather than producing the deliverables yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise evaluation criteria tailored to marketing deliverables, including creative briefs, campaign concepts and decks, brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ad copy and scripts, integrated campaign plans, and client-ready presentations.
• Assess work samples against the established criteria and provide detailed written justification for every score.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so evaluations are reproducible and defensible.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and promptly refine your work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional marketing or advertising experience.
• Experience as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at a top-tier global creative agency, or in a senior brand marketing role at a leading consumer company.
• Strong command of creative briefs, cross-channel campaign development, brand positioning and messaging, and evaluating creative work against a brief and business objective.
• Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to explain precisely why work does or does not meet the required standard.
• Detail-oriented and consistent, with comfort receiving review and calibration feedback from peers.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus.
• Specialized media-planning or measurement experience is not required.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.

Compensation

• $80 to $150 per hour.
