What the job looks like
- Own the marketing stack: HubSpot or Marketo, lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages
- Keep marketing and the CRM in sync (Salesforce or HubSpot CRM) and fix it when it breaks
- Build the pipeline dashboards leadership reads, in GA4, Looker or Tableau
- Run attribution reporting that sales and finance both accept
- Cut repeat work with workflows, Zapier and API connections
- Launch campaigns built with demand gen and content
What I'm looking for
- 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology or demand gen, with platform ownership
- Admin-level HubSpot or Marketo, including a CRM sync you've debugged yourself
- Reporting fluency: GA4 plus a BI tool. SQL helps
- You can explain attribution to a CFO in plain words
- Based in the Triangle or ready to move
Nice to have
- Salesforce admin or HubSpot certification
- ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase
