Working remotely, the full-time Marketing Operations Associate will collaborate with the commercial marketing team to execute promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing customer experience and player retention through personalized marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Prepare, execute, and credit promotions and campaigns for online gaming brands while assisting with performance reports Coordinate asset creation and dissemination across design and marketing execution teams for effective campaign management Contribute to the regulatory promotion approval process by developing terms & conditions documentation and ensuring compliance with state-level requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role Strong capability to work cross-functionally with virtual teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online gaming
